The paint pan shown here was produced utilizing Aranda Tooling’s advanced transfer die stamping capabilities. The tooling was designed and manufactured to the customer supplied prints, which called out the use of low carbon steel, with finished dimensions of 12” wide x 15” long.

Production of this product was performed on a 400-ton press, which features an in-house manufactured, automated production line and transfer tool which also allowed the legs of the paint pan to be installed in the process.

Over 23,000,000 have been produced to date. To learn more about progressive and transfer die stamping capabilities, contact Aranda directly.
