State-of-the-Art Metal Cutting Equipment

Equipped with a broad range of advanced fabrication tools, we comply with even the most exacting customer specifications. Our in-house laser cutters, water jet cutters, brake presses, and CNC machining tools cut metals up to 1 inch thick to tolerances within 0.005 inches or tighter depending on the application. Our equipment is designed to handle workpieces up to 60 inches wide and 120 inches long. With advanced 4000-watt CO2 laser cutting machines, we can manufacture components for use in the medical industry, where precision is critical and surface contamination must be minimized or eliminated.   

Robotic Welding Capabilities

In addition to metal cutting, Aranda also provides a full spectrum of automatic robotic welding techniques for the high-quality joining of fabricated parts. Used to ensure precise weld positioning and repeatable accuracy for any length weld path, our robotic weld cells are capable of performing several weld types, including:

  • Metal Inert Gas (MIG)
  • Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG)
  • Electric Resistance Welding (ERW)
  • Resistance Spot Welding (RSW)

Our well-equipped lab verifies that all fabricated parts are as per our client’s specifications and within indicated tolerances. These checks are supplemented by visual inspections performed by our experienced and highly qualified technical team.

Finally, all materials used throughout the fabrication process are subject to strict Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) verification to ensure that they are in accordance with applicable standards.
