Heavy-Gauge 0.250″ Aluminum Stamping & Robotic Welding for Class 8 Trucks

The automotive radiator frame assembly shown here was designed to house the radiator in class 8 trucks for a major automotive manufacturer. The frame components were stamped from 0.250″ thick aluminum on our 800-ton press as part of our comprehensive automotive metal stamping services, and then assembled with the use of our robotic welding system.”

The finished assembly measured 37.255″ in length, and 6.244″ in height, with tolerances of +/- 0.010. They also received extensive quality inspections including visual inspection of all welds.
