The automotive radiator frame assembly shown here was designed to house the radiator in class 8 trucks for a major automotive manufacturer. The frame components were stamped from 0.250″ thick aluminum on our 800-ton press, and then assembled with the use of our robotic welding system.

The finished assembly measured 37.255″ in length, and 6.244″ in height, with tolerances of +/- 0.010. They also received extensive quality inspections including visual inspection of all welds.
