Aranda Tooling has been in the metal stamping business for over 40 years. During this time, we have built a solid reputation as an industry leader in large-scale and complex tool and die design.

Die & Tooling Capabilities

We specialize in the design, manufacture, modification, and maintenance of several die types including single hit, progressive, transfer, and compound dies. Through our tooling production capabilities we produce a number of high-quality tooling components including checking, welding, inspection gauge, assembly, and automation fixtures.

Every precision metal stamping process begins with the proper die and tooling design. At Aranda Tooling, we utilize advanced 3D CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA to design and simulate tooling design concepts for customer evaluation before production. Our 3D concepts are also used to review compliance with engineering standards and specification, validate the constructability and practicality of the tooling solution, and develop early prototypes. Alternatively, we can also work with your existing design in any file format to modify or maintain your tool and die product.

Our team typically works with various grades of carbon and alloy tool steels including powder steels, carbides, and high-speed steels. With our wire electrical discharge machining (EDM), CNC machining, and water jet cutting equipment, we produce highly-accurate prototypes within tight tolerances and can facilitate large-scale productions runs.

Aranda’s tool and die designs have been used to manufacture countless components and parts in diverse sectors including the automotive, renewable energy, medical component, and construction industries. Our in-house engineers oversee and optimize every facet of the die design process to ensure the final product eliminates waste and minimizes turnaround time while maintaining compliance with procedures put in place by our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management systems.

Partnering with Aranda Tooling

What sets Aranda Tooling apart from the competition is our ability to provide a full range of services, allowing customers to work with one company from concept through completion. Our team handles processes from tooling and prototype to production and assembly; cutting out the intermediaries typically associated with the manufacturing process allows us to pass on these cost savings directly to our customers.
