The diaphragm cover shown here was manufactured for a customer in Mexico and utilized several of our manufacturing processes. A progressive die production tool was manufactured from customer supplied drawings.

Production was performed using a 175-ton stamping press and formed from C1008-1010 low carbon steel coil. Our high-speed production capabilities allowed for production of 25,000 pieces per day during peak production.

After performing progressive die stamping services, parts were threaded on an automated tapping line prior to zinc plating. In die fiber optics was used to inspect the vent hole. For more information on this project see the table below or contact us directly.
