Precision Metal Stamping & Laser Cutting of Mounting Brackets for the Military

The steel mounting bracket shown here was manufactured for military use, and is composed of a high strength steel. Fabrication required laser cutting and metal stamping; laser cutting was used to cut the blanks in preparation for stamping. Quality control was maintained through the use of dimensional inspections that included measurements using micrometers, calipers, and a CMM. After dimensional inspection, all of the components where put through a non-destructive liquid penetrant testing. For more information on this project see the table below or contact us directly.
